People Analytics Manager

What we’re looking for
A Sr. People Data Analyst to be the Single Point Owner (SPO) of all things People Analytics. This role, in partnership with the People Leadership Team, will utilize their expertise to inform a comprehensive people analytics strategy and roadmap. They will execute thoughtful data analysis using SQL, Tableau Dashboards, and other tools to discover actionable opportunities while building tracking and ongoing measurement for key results. They will design and implement data assets such as reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide key business insights.

  • Be the Single Point Owner for People Analytics
    • Build the architecture needed to support a complex People Analytics Strategy
    • Lead the development of dashboards and tools needed in order to drive data-informed decision making
    • Own Data Accuracy: Ensure data precision for all reports, analyses, and insights
    • Serve as an expert in data insights, leveraging findings to effectively communicate narratives and actionable opportunities
    • Stay Aligned and informed: Join People related strategy meetings and conduct independent market research on trends and best practices.
    • Blend Context with Data: Tie business initiatives and behaviors with People Data.
    • Collaborate for Success: Work with stakeholders across the organization to define and deliver exceptional results
  • Deliver actionable insights to drive impactful business decisions
    • Share analysis results with technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations
    • Deliver predictive analytics insights based on current trends
    • Create DBT models that join, combine, and filter data from multiple sources
    • Create & maintain the executive summary dashboard that tracks snapshots, trends, and opportunities as it relates to People Data.
    • Partner with the Enterprise Analytics team to seamlessly connect people data across disparate systems, adopt best practices, and deploy tools quickly
Qualifications

  • Data Analytics skills – Adept at cleaning, transforming, and shaping data
  • Attention to detail – appropriately checks all work for errors and does not let important details slip when it comes to data and its accuracy
  • Creative problem solving - able to use creativity and curiosity as tools to pick apart any problem, producing a solution that is relevant and realistic
  • Efficiency – Look for ways to improve processes to maximize efficiency and remove redundancy
  • Communication / Executive Presence:  Has authentic communication skills including transparency and clarity in both formal and informal settings. Applies exceptional presentation skills to distill complex information into simple concepts & compelling stories
Must have
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of work experience in a Data Analytics role
  • Experience supporting the analytics function within a People/HR team
  • Strong mathematics, statistics, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Data Visualization: Tableau preferred, (Looker, PowerBI)
  • Data Transformation: SQL - Snowflake preferred, (Redshift, BigQuery)
  • DBT experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits          
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $108,000-$150,000     
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.           
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
