We are seeking an accomplished Manager, Business Development - LiveEasy to lead the charge in driving new customer acquisition and fostering strategic partnerships with mortgage brokers and lenders. This role will develop and lead mortgage-focused sales strategies, manage key partnerships, and collaborate across departments to align sales strategies with LiveEasy’s customer experience, positioning LiveEasy as a trusted partner in the mortgage space.

Your impact 
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to identify and engage potential new business opportunities, using a mix of outbound outreach, networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Craft tailored sales strategies for acquiring new clients in the moving and rental industry, capitalizing on market dynamics to build long-term relationships.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of leads through the sales funnel.
  • Close new business by understanding the unique pain points of prospects, offering solutions that address their needs, and driving successful conversions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in the mortgage industry, ensuring trust and fostering long-term business partnerships.
  • Track sales metrics, provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline health, and deliver insightful forecasts to guide strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
  • Analyze mortgage industry trends to identify new market opportunities, adjust strategies, and stay competitive.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals by navigating complex sales processes, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and LiveEasy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to design customer-focused solutions that meet industry-specific needs and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the mortgage sales division to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop sales metrics and reporting systems to monitor performance, providing transparency and data-driven insights to executive leadership.
  • Represent LiveEasy at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate brand visibility and credibility in the mortgage sector.
Qualifications 
  • 10+ years of proven success in Mortgage sales with an S&P 500 company or Mortgage related sales working with real estate agents or selling mortgage software.
  • Experience in high-value, complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage industry market trends, with the ability to effectively communicate how LiveEasy’s solutions address specific business challenges.
  • Proficient in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, BANT, SNAP) and an expert in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
Must have
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and quotas, while managing multiple opportunities at various stages of high value sales portfolio.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of influencing senior decision-makers and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Highly motivated and goal-focused, able to thrive independently while managing a high volume of outreach and deals.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, capable of handling objections and overcoming challenges to win competitive deals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $125,600.00-157,000.00 base plus commission. 
The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
