Your impact
- Vision and strategy: Ignite innovation by defining a bold product vision for accounting. This role demands a visionary who can harness technology to drive exceptional customer value and translate ambitious ideas into a clear, compelling strategy and product roadmap that rallies the entire team.
- Customer-centric product development: We’re solving real problems for real customers, with empathy, speed, and craft. You’ll champion customer needs, driving a culture of feedback and iteration, and balancing short-term delivery with long-term outcomes. Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, and Customer Experience to align priorities and foster a unified team culture.
- Leadership: Attract, grow, and retain world-class product talent, building a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous learning. Lead through trust, transparency and accountability.
- Cultivating Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams across the organization - Finance, Services, Sales, and Marketing -to ensure product strategy effectively supports all key initiatives. Cross-functional stakeholders see you as the product expert and thought leader for accounting.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a highly related field
- 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring product managers in SaaS environments
Must have
- Track record of delivering customer-centric products in partnership with Engineering and Design
- Familiarity with agentic AI, modern development practices, and continuous delivery
- Experience with 0 to 1 new product development as well as optimizing existing products for growth
- Ability to create a multi-year view of product priorities and investments. Understand and be able to articulate the impacts of investments and trade-offs in product priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to foster high-performing culture, and lead through growth and complexity.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels; low-ego, high-trust leadership style.
- Background in accounting is preferred..

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $200,000 - $250,000 [base pay]. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
