LiveEasy by AppFolio is changing the way homeowners and renters manage their move and their homes. We’re a service-first software guiding renters and homeowners through their journey while building solutions for our partners, helping them stay engaged with their clients beyond the transaction.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Programs Specialist - LiveEasy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communications, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Your Impact
  • Support VP+ leaders by managing their schedules, meetings, and communications, ensuring efficient time management.

  • Coordinate and arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, as needed

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for programs and leaders

  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, noting follow up on action items

  • Run special ad hoc programs for the LiveEasy business, taking ownership from planning to execution.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or program coordination role with a proven track record of confidentiality with sensitive business information, supporting executives.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Equivalent experience will be considered

Must Have
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Google Doc suites management and Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits
The hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is $28.40 - $34.80 per hour.
The actual hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
