Each of our Account Executives, works diligently to prospect, qualify and close business within their assigned territory. Your impact
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas through effective prospecting and territory development efforts and operating as a trusted partner to bring on new customers in Residential Mid Market segment
- Master consultative sales methodologies and sales process
- Successfully demonstrate how AppFolio Property Manager can positively impact NOI and support achievement of the customers business goals.
- Obtain an understanding of the property management industry to effectively build trust and find value in sales conversations while developing and maintaining a sales territory
- Meet all targets applicable to achieving success in the role (KPIs, quota, behavioral)
- Operate with a Growth mindset - open to change and constant development
Sharing tribal knowledge, serving as a mentor/leader on the floor - Achieve Weekly Pipeline creation goals and develop your territory through targeted prospecting and effective lead follow up
- Documenting all sales activity in Salesforce & meeting daily key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast paced, high volume sales environment
- Proven record of success exceeding assigned quotas through prospecting, tele-sales and working a sales assigned territory
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Google Suite, Zoom
- BA/BS or equivalent experience a plus
Must have
- 4+ years of successful B2B field sales experience, preferably in tech
- 2+ years experience selling SaaS and/or financial/accounting applications preferred
- Experience using a consultative, solution based sales methodology a plus

The compensation that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $152,000.00-170,000.00 OTE. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Please note that compensation is just one aspect of a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The compensation range listed here does not include additional benefits or any discretionary bonuses you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
