This position facilitates agile events for assigned product and services delivery teams. Provides and develops meaningful metrics to drive continuous improvement and to support forecasting and planning.

Position Compensation Range:
$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- Ensures teams follow best practices for frameworks and tools that align with established standards.
- Enables the team to be self-organized, cross-functional and effective in an environment new to agile delivery.
- Coaches team to higher level of maturity with predictable delivery at a sustainable pace.
- Facilitates team collaboration, decision making and conflict resolution.
- Helps the team remove impediments and bottlenecks that interrupt the flow of services.
- Partners on the product roadmap, providing techniques to effectively build and manage product backlog and to develop a release strategy that maximizes the value being delivered.
- Coaches teams to identify and minimize waste, while maximizing value. Navigates dependencies and complex delivery challenges through inter-team collaboration.
- Serves the organization by increasing awareness and adoption of agile principles and values.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
- SAFe experience is preferred.
- Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of IT product delivery, including experience in a Scrum Master role or related experience.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and values.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework and practices.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of technology practices related to software development lifecycle, IT shared services, QA, and/or DevOps.
- Strong interpersonal and servant leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, resolve conflict, and motivate team members.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of scaling frameworks, such as LeSS and Scrum@Scale.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110
Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location (or 35-mile radius for Boston.) #LI-Hybrid
