As the Senior Project Manager, Real Estate & Capital Projects you will lead the management and development of corporate real estate and capital projects to support the company's business operations.
You will report to Senior Manager, Real Estate & Capital Projects.

Position Compensation Range:
$86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • You will develop and lead programs and portfolio strategies which promote our goals and objectives.
  • You will lead real estate market assessments.
  • You will identify capital project delivery and procurement strategies, and real estate contracting solutions.
  • You will administer owned and leased property, including lease negotiation, easements, governmental coordination, and both acquisition and disposition work.
  • You will lead review of construction and real estate contracts in collaboration with legal and procurement departments.
  • You will use data to make recommendations regarding decisions and strategies to support capital budget and real estate transaction processes.
  • You will manage real estate and capital construction projects which may include planning, designing, budgeting, contract management, move management, scheduling, bidding and negotiations, and architect/vendor/general contractor oversight.
  • You will lead administration of investment properties which may include support of design review committees, owners' association, land sales and leasing.
  • You will lead complex divisional and departmental plans and improvement efforts.
  • You will mentor and help train departmental staff.

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of real estate legal contracts, laws, terms, and the ability to draft contracts.
  • Solid real estate related financial analysis skills with specific experience in cash flow analysis, capital project budgeting and construction estimating.
  • 5+ years of experience with project management methodologies, design and construction techniques, and building infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced experience with Green design, construction solutions and building certifications.

Physical Requirements
  • Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
  • Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like. This position may require employees to visit areas that have a higher hazard than a typical office such as customer homes, body shops, or other locations.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our Madison, WI office.
