Position Compensation Range:
$86,000.00 - $142,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities:
- You will develop and lead programs and portfolio strategies which promote our goals and objectives.
- You will lead real estate market assessments.
- You will identify capital project delivery and procurement strategies, and real estate contracting solutions.
- You will administer owned and leased property, including lease negotiation, easements, governmental coordination, and both acquisition and disposition work.
- You will lead review of construction and real estate contracts in collaboration with legal and procurement departments.
- You will use data to make recommendations regarding decisions and strategies to support capital budget and real estate transaction processes.
- You will manage real estate and capital construction projects which may include planning, designing, budgeting, contract management, move management, scheduling, bidding and negotiations, and architect/vendor/general contractor oversight.
- You will lead administration of investment properties which may include support of design review committees, owners' association, land sales and leasing.
- You will lead complex divisional and departmental plans and improvement efforts.
- You will mentor and help train departmental staff.

- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
- Extensive technical knowledge of real estate legal contracts, laws, terms, and the ability to draft contracts.
- Solid real estate related financial analysis skills with specific experience in cash flow analysis, capital project budgeting and construction estimating.
- 5+ years of experience with project management methodologies, design and construction techniques, and building infrastructure projects.
- Advanced experience with Green design, construction solutions and building certifications.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our Madison, WI office.
