Senior Manager, Cybersecurity - IAM Privileged & Password Management

Boston, MA

You will be responsible for strategies, technologies, and solutions that protect customers, systems, and data according to the policies and control framework. You will collaborate with partners in different departments to provide secure solutions in a rapid-paced environment. Establish targeted levels of service performance for security capabilities and services. You will report to the Director of Cybersecurity.

Position Compensation Range:
$125,000.00 - $212,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.

Technical Expertise:

  • You will partner with other Technology Team members to provide advice or solutions within your area of expertise.

  • Analytical Expertise:
    • You will Identify problems, performs root cause analysis, investigates information, performs impact analysis, and develops plans to develop solutions.
    • You will identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems..
    Business Knowledge:
    • You will be actively engaged in industry, domain, process or technology trends, especially as it pertains to Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity.
    Task Management:
    • You will act in coordination and facilitation point for organizing work efforts.
    • You will Set up or follow established procedures to ensure quality of work.
    • You will need to understand dependency identification processes in technology work, verifies information and carefully reviews and checks the accuracy of the teams work.
    • You will establish the prioritization processes to guide work and about getting work completed.
    Communication:
    • You will share ideas and information with others..
    • You will ensure that regular communications take place.
    • You will express ideas and business or technical requirements in writing using appropriate levels of summary and synthesis.
    • You will express oneself in conversation and interaction with others.
    • You may perform other job responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders.

    • You will be able to analyze complex, or vague business or technical problems, expressing the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations.

    • You wil be able to develop, present and communicate ideas and strategies to a variety of audiences
    • You will mentor others concerning technical and business subjects.

    In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034; Nashville, TN 37214
