Job Description
Primary Accountabilities
- You will conduct accurate business analysis to support our decisions using statistical modeling and other business analysis tools.
- You will collaborate with important partners to define key financial and operational metrics to monitor, and report performance.
- You will collaborate with partners in the delivery of key performance analysis.
- You will develop models used to project our results; enhance the model where there is business value in adjusting the models.
- You will ensure reporting accuracy and integrity and explains performance drivers and provide insights into performance trends.
- You will analyze and address data quality issues, tests and analyze impact of system changes to data/reporting infrastructure.
- You will develop, test, and deploy automated reporting solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes.
- You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based on skills, achievements, or experience.

- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis.
- Demonstrated strong experience utilizing data tools to build complex formulas and create reports.
- Understanding of software tools to query and report data.
- Knowledge of a variety of standard reporting software packages and best practices for report deployment processes.
- Demonstrated experience developing data sets.
- GCP, Data Bricks, SQL and Python coding experience, Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Marketing experience a plus.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
