Lead Source-to-Contract (S2C) Process Owner (Hybrid)

The Lead Source-to-Contract (S2C) Process Owner is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Procurement Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes. You will look to streamline processes, identify automation opportunities and bring best practices forward for the Sourcing and Contracting process respectively. You will enhance and own the end-to-end S2C process, including value stream maps, standard work, continuous improvement and process metrics necessary to manage and monitor the S2C process effectively. You will serve as the S2C process SME for the enterprise, including developing and delivering training and materials, communicating with all levels of stakeholders on best practices and health of the S2C processes. You will report to the Senior Manager of Procurement Transformation.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110

Primary Accountabilities
- You will own the end-to-end S2C process including the business alignment and prioritization of S2C initiatives.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and periodically review the status of projects and adjust as necessary.
- You will ensure effective communication with project sponsors, project managers, functional and resource managers, and other stakeholders.
- You will engage key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing projects based on value, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment.
- You will develop and maintain process documentation, templates, and guidelines
- You will lead with influence and expertise.
- You will actively contribute to the division or department leadership team.
- You will communicate and support organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
- You will be accountable for S2C process effectiveness in alignment with Procurement Policy and Standards.
- You will identify, prioritize and lead execution of S2C process continuous improvement backlog with emphasis on increasing process efficiency and improved outcomes.
- You will oversee S2C process training for Procurement and Stakeholders.
- You will develop and own S2C process metrics and provide reporting on process performance to Procurement Leadership.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) process design, procurement, or a related field, with a focus on Sourcing and Contracting processes.
- Strong knowledge of indirect procurement, bonus if in a financial services or insurance environment.
- Proven leadership skills, including experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with project/program/portfolio management tools, such as Jira, to manage initiatives and track progress.
- Proficiency in procurement software including working within S2P, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Experience working in a large-scale procurement transformation implementation such as S2P, Procurement Orchestration, or CLM implementation.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience with process design, metrics and other operational analyses.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing S2C processes.
