You will represent human resources/people services areas and deliver key initiatives across the organization that help business areas achieve their objectives. You will lead a team that diagnoses, develops, and implements client-specific solutions. You will build relationships with business unit leadership while strengthening in-depth business knowledge. You will have proven experience leading transformational change and will have developed strategic relationships across operating companies.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Business HR.

Position Compensation Range:
$97,000.00 - $164,000.00

Salary

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities
  • Solve problems from a people, process and technology lens. Deploy small to large scale organizational transformation.
  • Collaborate with and leverage centers of practice (CoP) and shared services for business solutions, guiding through the employee lifecycle and service offerings including talent acquisition, inclusion, development, succession planning, and retention.
  • Identify and implement strategic talent solutions in support of a transforming organization; ensuring the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion. Workforce planning and talent strategy decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities.
  • Provide strategic business partnership to executives and business leaders supporting mid-size and/or mid-complexity organizations.
  • Understand multiple business areas operations and strategies.
  • Lead complex talent strategies with broad impact to the business areas they support.
  • Provides leadership and direction through Sr Professionals and Experienced Professional within team. Leads with influence.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience with change management and leading organizational change. Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting strategies to market realities.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating effective workforce planning to identify the capacity and capability of the organization to deliver its objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience with serving as a collaborative partner with senior leaders and positively influences executive leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with using HR reporting and analytics to generate insights and present findings back to the business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of agile principles with experience in leading and/ or partnering on large-scale organization change efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and providing counsel and guidance to leaders.
  • Business acumen and ability to understand multiple business operations.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
