This position transforms our data systems and architecture to support greater variety, volume, and velocity of data and data sources. Extracts data from a variety of sources and find ways to connect them and make them suitable for use in software systems and for the development of models and algorithms.

$128,000.00 - $216,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
- Help lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns and platform capabilities to enable scalable self-service infrastructure.
- Collaborate with application teams to define infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance on cloud-native best practices.
- Champion GitOps workflows and automation pipelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and speed.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Evaluate new technologies and influence roadmap decisions based on business and technical

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and platform engineering concepts.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Crossplane, etc).
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD), and modern DevOps toolchains.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others.
- Experience designing and supporting production-grade infrastructure in enterprise environments.
