As the Lead Digital and Technology Product Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, technology product teams, and IT teams to optimize systems and third-party services utilized across AmFam contact centers. You will focus on enhancing the experiences of policyholders, agents, partners, and employees by leveraging out-of-the-box, enterprise solutions to maximize value and achieve significant business outcomes in alignment with enterprise goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Digitial &Technology Product.

$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Primary Accountabilities:
  • Lead digital/technology product vision, strategy, and operational planning; execute product initiatives across lifecycle stages: planning, research, roadmap, development, piloting, launch, analysis, iteration.
  • Define product strategy and vision; develop a creative, high-quality product roadmap.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analyses to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Identify objectives and key results; analyze feedback and metrics to address pain points and opportunities.
  • Gather data for build-buy-partner options to solve customer problems.
  • Serve as a "translator" for customers, market, and internal stakeholders, including business lines and cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage design thinking, UX, and frameworks for a flexible hybrid methodology.
  • Prioritize initiatives; secure commitments from stakeholders using communication and negotiation skills.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • Experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
  • Expertise in digital/technology product offerings.
  • Knowledge of software development processes; maintain high-quality standards with low operational overhead.
  • Experience in data-driven products, data science facilitation, and iterative development lifecycles.
  • Ability to gather information for build, buy, and partner options.
  • Experience deriving insights from customer interviews to clarify problem statements.
Additional Requirements:
  • Product management experience.
  • Understanding of unique business models across enterprise contact centers.
  • Experience leading stakeholders through strategy and roadmap development and execution.
  • Expertise in digital and technology offerings like EDSP, Guidewire, Relate, Genesys, and Shelf.

In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of either our Madison, WI (53783) or Boston, MA (02210) offices.
