AF Cyber Security Threat Specialist-1

This position drives security engineering solutions, framework, roadmap, program optimization, process engineering, risk remediation, and mitigation of operational risk in a high-velocity culture by introducing technology, requirements, deliverables, gaps and systems design. Analyzes competitive strategies, cyber technologies, metrics models, and performance indicators.

Position Compensation Range:
$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

• Designs, develops, integrates, and tests cyber products.
  
• Researches, engineers, and integrates new security solutions. Applies service-oriented security architecture principles to meet the organization's confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements.
  
• Designs, develops, and maintains security systems and solutions.
  
• Leads key internal and cross functional and stakeholder relationships to ensure expectations and opportunities to collaborate are transparently communicated.
  
• Identifies, designs and implements automated solutions to enable security needs.
  
• Transforms business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Establishes process, procedures, solutions and security artifacts based on Internal Controls criteria required to demonstrate adherence to compliance.
  

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  
• You must have a minimum of 5yrs experience with Palo Alto and Networking experience.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of software engineering architectures, system/software designs, and system deployments.
  
• Working knowledge and of Cyber Security, Cyber Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
  
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of security technologies and application development methodologies.
  
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of directory services and identity stores.
  

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783.
Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. #LI-Hybrid
