As a part of the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions team you will be responsible for developing world class digital products and capabilities that support our global markets and help drive performance marketing growth.

In the role of Sr Analyst: Omni Channel Marketing Solutions, you will be a part of the Enterprise Performance Marketing Products team, responsible for delivering critical Omni Channel Marketing Solutions and Capabilities that support execution, measurement & optimization of Omni Channel intelligence driven marketing strategy, and innovation with a primary focus on acquisition. Acquisition represents a significant portion of marketing investment, and this team plays a significant part in delivering on revenue-driving business outcomes.

A successful candidate will have experience in solutioning and management of digital data products at scale for Direct and Performance channels (Paid Search, Media, Affiliates) in a fast paced, cross functional team environment. They would have demonstrated exceptional communication skills, user story development and product delivery skills using the Agile methodology.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team of experts, while also gaining exposure to many products supporting marketing channels and teams across the business. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ and follows a hybrid working model, with three in-office days per week on average.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Omni Channel Marketing features to improve the speed & robustness of compliant marketing data delivery for better keyword management and robust bidding strategies.
  • Drive continuous feature delivery at scale, including discovery, collaborative feature design, user story authoring and engineering management for building, test, release & post-launch validations.
  • Partner closely with Channel Enablement, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering, Compliance & Ops excellence teams to incrementally improve performance and scale the Omni Channel program.
  • Influencing & regularly developing and presenting Program Increment (PI) plans, progress, solution options & trade-offs within them to senior stakeholders across marketing team and other central teams
  • Monitoring internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of delivering product development results across a few stages of product development (solutioning, design & delivery) for marketing products & capabilities.
  • Proven ability to driving process flows and mapping them to capabilities & features.
  • Acumen in building relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Skilled at clear, concise communication.
  • A curiosity for the wider digital marketing landscape.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading data product management, Agile certification.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
