Job Description
The Technology Consultant I applies knowledge and facilitative expertise to gather and define requirements, in order to achieve business objectives and provide innovative solutions to business problems related to agency-facing technology.
Key Responsibilities
Participates in the integration and delivery of planned changes/projects/processes to regions/fields

Understands internal and external compliance requirements/standards
Provide expertise in a focused area of the business through analysis and understanding of business needs
With direction, participates and contributes on projects that are up to moderate complexity and are small to moderate scope using accepted project management standards
Escalates issues/defects identified in new deliverables to resolve them during project warrant period
Answers routine inquiries from regions and other business partners
Edits and proofreads materials for accuracy in content as well as spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $48,000.00 - 78,937.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
