Job Description
The Product Marketing Sr Consultant I supports planning and creative development of marketing programs and leads/manages day-to-day execution of marketing tactics designed to drive profitable growth and retention for Allstate. This position consults with others in Consumer Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Research & Administration, Digital Transformation, Innovation or business areas to gain input to develop, execute and measure the marketing plan. The Sr Consultant must possess a variety of competencies including strong attention-to detail, advanced communication skills, strong copyediting and ability to judge creative and provide constructive feedback to both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, creative development and implementation of integrated marketing communications to support various programs and strategies, offering solutions and recommendations to manager and other contributing team members
- Contribute to integration across marketing teams and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners and resources
- Assist with the development of presentations, program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations; present work internally to marketing leadership and other business partners

- Assist with management of program budgets and provide monthly and quarterly budget forecasts to internal finance team
- Manage required day-to-day tasks, including status brief development, report and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.
- Work with solid level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects
- Initiate ideas and actions on cross-functional teams
Experience
- Proven enthusiasm for collaborating with Sales teams
- Background in marketing for service-focused or Retail sectors. Candidates with advertising or advertising agency backgrounds will also be considered.
- Solid grasp of B2B marketing strategies and channel intricacies
- 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $76,200.00 - 134,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
