Must hold an Active License in Life and Health Insurance within your resident state
Position available in all U.S. States except AZ, CA, CO, NY, & Washington DC
The Retention Sales Specialist will be responsible for the retention of the Allstate Health Solutions book of business that has been sold by outside agents, agencies, and enrollments from online sources. This role is responsible for "saving" or retaining policies that are currently cancelling by educating the policy holder on the benefits of the products and explaining the value of the product they have purchased. The position will also include cross-selling ancillary products to existing clients, and other inbound and outbound call projects related to policy retention and insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities
Contact clients for attestations needed for new coverage to start, or if current policy is exhausting, expired CC that are a payment behind to collect and update billing
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with new enrollments, renewals, cancellations, and service client accounts
Assess client needs and goals, and recommend appropriate Allstate Health Solutions products to
Explain the product benefits successfully by utilizing effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid knowledge of the company's products and other carrier products
Assess why the policy holder is intending to cancel and make appropriate decisions on how to handle situation based on response
Education
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience
0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $14.86 - 20.41 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
