Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven senior consultant to join our in-house growth media team. As a Growth Media Consultant, you will be responsible for programmatic media, SEO, paid social and paid search advertising efforts. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategy across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Content Optimization:
- Perform keyword research and identify content opportunities to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Optimize existing and new content (blogs, landing pages, product pages, etc.) for on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and keyword usage.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation workflows.
- Conduct content audits to identify underperforming content and recommend updates or consolidation strategies.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in search such as AI overviews and LLMs.

Digital Media Strategy:
- Manage all elements of programmatic media campaigns including campaign creation, audience development, budget allocation, creative trafficking and measurement
- Identify opportunities for testing within advertising platforms
- Create compelling ad copy and identify opportunities for A/B copy testing
- Benchmark campaign results against historical as well as competitive results and always stay ahead of industry and competitive trends
- Drive strong financial performance of budget management focusing in on growth opportunities new business sales and customer lifetime value
- Drive constant data-driven optimization of campaigns and incorporate learnings to improve performance
- Ensure campaign tracking/tagging is implemented to capture all necessary data points
- Ability to work within a group dynamic and provide support on QA efforts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of related experience
- Experience working in high-volume accounts preferred
Functional Skills
- Experience working in programmatic media platforms such as DV360
- Experience with content management platforms
- Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Experience with competitive insight tools such as Brightedge and SEMRush
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content strategy
- Budget Management - Forecasting, Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Team player with strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute at a tactical level equally well
- Ability to influence decision-making in a highly matrix environment
- Ability to be proactive in opportunities to drive performance
- Advanced communication skills including proficiency in developing and delivering presentations
Skills
Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
