Job Description
The Employee Engagement Associate supports a cohesive culture and coordinates most employee engagement initiatives virtually and in person to promote a positive work environment. This role is intended to understand the employee perspective with the goal of driving employee engagement, morale, and building culture.

Key Responsibilities
Recognition & Engagement:
- Decorate events (approximately 4 hours weekly) to enhance the environment and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Plan daily engagement activities (3 hours daily), coordinating calls and meetings related to event execution.
- Conduct floor walks regularly to observe and encourage employee engagement and positive behaviors.
- Organize office recognition events, including 2 large annual events and 2 smaller events each quarter.
- Manage quarterly and monthly recognition efforts such as kudos emails and promotion announcements.
Event Coordination & Administration:
- Book and coordinate conference rooms for Tier 2 meetings, business reviews, and site visits.
- Manage debit card requests, balance budget sheets, and process budget requests in collaboration with CSLs.
- Handle termination emails and site visit coordination, including restaurant reservations, catering, snack orders, and facility requests.
- Send visitor welcome emails, provide navigation guides, and arrange visitor badges and tours.
- Distribute office-wide announcements, upcoming event notices, and diversity communications.
- Coordinate Integon events alongside HR, including sending follow-up and reminder emails.
- Manage equipment inventory, place order requests, and track compliance activities with timely follow-ups.
- Communicate cafeteria menu updates and manage new leader/employee access requests for various systems like Tableau and QMT.
New Hire Engagement & Onboarding:
- Develop strategies to engage new hires during their onboarding process.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including orientation policy discussions, logins, and distribution of welcome folders.
- Collaborate with Aux and Integon teams to ensure new hire compliance and awareness of company policies.
Meetings & Communication:
- Support Tier 2 meetings by coordinating huddles and business meetings, ensuring effective team communication.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Conflict management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Prior experience in event planning and coordination is a must.
- Background in administrative assistance or office administration is a must.
Education
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Experience
0-2 years experience (Preferred)
