Job Description
The Design Data Analytics Lead Consultant will support our casualty claims organization by developing dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making across the Casualty organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Applies best practices when summarizing, consolidating, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders and officers.
- Gathers and analyzes business and stakeholder requirements. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures.
- Represents the business area in strategic planning activities with senior level executives.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Leverage familiarity with Power Platform tools to support low-code automation and app development efforts.
- Apply Python or R for data analysis and automation of data workflows.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of data governance practices, including data quality, metadata management, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Provide user support and training on BI tools.

Experience
- Proficient in Power BI/Power App/Tableau - required.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Teams) - preferred
- Insurance claims experience and/or knowledge - preferred

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
