Job Description
A department leadership position that supports, motivates, develops and manages multiple team leaders with accountability for varying work processes and levels of complexity. Utilize previous experience, knowledge and industry best practices to assist in the development of functional strategy and the development of other leaders. This includes direct reporting relationships to achieve optimum business results, expense control, while maximizing the departments contributions to the Allstate Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
Builds and maintains best practices for the successful implementation of processes and leverages opportunities to share knowledge/best practices across the operation
Assumes ownership role and takes responsibility for division processes and outputs
Measures work requirements, employee potential, and recommends staffing
Serves as a role model, creating an environment of trust, openness, and integrity through creative problem solving, enabling and empowering others to maximize their potential
Manage key performance indicators for assigned functional areas for delivery and accountability to expectations 10
Provides training and performance feedback, encourages adaptation to changing business objectives, recognizes individual/team contributions and encourages celebration of accomplishments
Leads complex projects requiring the coordination of multiple resources
Manages multiple front-line leaders, including virtual leaders, by providing appropriate direction, monitoring employee and division/department performance and implementing action plans
Directs ongoing leadership, work, measurement and analysis of the business units results to ensure alignment and contribution to the operation's goals and business objectives
Works with change management and integration of various work streams within the organization
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
