Responsibilities:

• Ensures quality product, both technically and subjectively
• Confirms the development meets Acceptance Criteria and assist getting to definition of done
• Serves as an "Engineer in Test" and ensures team delivery of testing automation and testing harness
• Maintains test users and connections
• Works with Engineer, Product Owner, and other team members from the story start to establish testing strategy Serves as a "Team Member" and is equally responsible for ensuring a story's delivery
• End to end testing of feature / stories through Automation tools / platform with automated regression suites

Requirements:

• Hands on experience of 4-8 years in Functionize / Selenium automation testing tool
• Hands on experience in API & Web testing with above automation frameworks with Postman experience
• Worked with Page Object Model Patterns and any automation frameworks
• Hands on experience in preparing Test Plan, Preparing Test data, developed test scenarios and detailed test cases
• Hands on experience in writing complex SQL queries (MS SQL or Postgres) Good to have :
• Customer Care Knowledge (IVR, Web Chat, Agent Desktop, KM, Case Management).
• Knowledge of Github, Load Runner , AWS Cloud
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
