Responsibilities

Alight's HR Transformation supports clients in optimizing employee support through digital HR technology, advising on Cloud systems and facilitating successful implementations, while also building strong customer relationships and advising on evolving HRIS technology to contribute to organizational success.

• Work with customers to build their HR transformation strategy and plans
• Advise customers on how HR Information systems and cloud technology can support their HR Transformation
• Engage customers through innovative workshops, events and communications
• Transform customer business processes
• Build customer employee engagement through delivery of effective change management
• Build strong customer relationships leading to increased business opportunities.
• Support our sales teams to win new business
• Manage global projects with the occasional also travel to the customers 'sites

Requirements

• Ability to work in English
• Operational experience in the HR area - Business Partner, HRIS lead or HR Manager is a plus
• Previous experience working in a consultancy or professional services environment
• Working knowledge of common consultancy methods, analysis and process mapping
• Genuine team player and collaborative worker
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at Director and Board level
• Working knowledge of at least one market-leading HR Cloud System e.g. SAP Successfactors, Workday, Oracle or Kronos or Kronos
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to a wide range of audience
