Sr Associate - HR & TA
- Serve as HR and TA SPOC at Chennai site
- Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to business, hiring managers, employees and candidates.
- Strong background in HRBP, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- This role will be key to building and fostering a high-performance culture, to enhance the overall employee experience and contribute to the organization's success.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of customer services /Backend operations and technical/functional roles of varying levels.
- Will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support, P&T etc.
- Candidate Management
- Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand
- Support in MIS and routine process related activities
We're Looking for People Who Have

- Bachelor's degree .MBA HR preferred
- 4-8 yrs experience in HR & Talent Acquisition
- 5 days Work from office
- Worked extensively for BPO / Operations / IT and support function Hiring and HRBP.
- Preferably from IT / ITES industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR & TA best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage TA, HR functions, employee relations, performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work in Individual contributor capacity as HR & TA Spoc at Chennai site
