THE ROLE :
Operations Manager

- Effectively communicate with the client and internal stakeholders as it relates to payroll activities
- Effectively manage and monitor all client SLAs using the appropriate tools to ensure adherence to targets
- Manage and develo p the team to ensur e that the team meets its KPIs
- Ensure monthly team and individual targets are met
- Lead, motivate, coach and organise team members to adhere to Company's core values.
- Attend and participate in Service Review meetings which may include, but is not limited to, providing the appropriate status reports, updates and actions as it relates to your team and your client(s)
- Work with other Company stakeholders to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure , including regular communication and status updates
- Shar e best practice across Company and driving continuous improvement
- Maintain a professional environment; correct behaviours and enforce the use of business etiquette
REQUIREMENTS :
- E xperience in managing a team
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate in an international environment ( min. B2 level in English )
- Experience with any HR ERP system is valuable
