Operations Exchange Support, Senior Associate

Role

HrX exchange system data flow monitoring and navigation support for new Client projects during Implementation and Hypercare. First point of contact for error review and analysis assuring timely and accurate resolution in collaboration with other internal departments and Client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily Interface monitoring in hrX Exchange to assure accurate and successful data flow between HRIS and PY systems.
  • Project support during implementation and Hypercare
  • Log and Report System issues providing clear and detailed evidence
  • Support and contribute to Root Cause Analysis to ensure details are accurate and that feasible preventative measures are suggested to limit any re-occurrence in cooperation with the Client, Application Services and Products
  • Support Internal Teams and Clients with hrX exchange (system navigation, walk-through, error analyzing/reading)
  • Provide ad hoc trainings to Internal Teams or Client, Conduct Knowledge Transfer Sessions
  • Ad hoc system testing
  • Maintenance of DWIs to ensure processes are up to date and reflective of the service
  • Identify and highlight any deviations from the standard scope of service
  • Proactively looking for new solutions and improvements
  • Collaborate with Operational Management, Transformation Team and Products to implement automation and innovation for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for upskilling and developing team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role
  • Support Management with the resolution of client escalations along with compiling lessons learnt
  • Ad hoc participation in other projects
  • Deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
  • Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Line Manager
  • Complete Time Recording accurately and on time
  • Keep up to date with all Alight announcements and communications
  • Build good relationships with all lines of business where appropriate
  • Update internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate way
  • Successful completion of all learning objectives
  • Adherence to all Security and Compliance procedures
  • Adherence to Quality standards
  • Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly

Experience and Skills

  • Good understanding of HR and Payroll processes
  • Understanding of how the available tools and systems enable the delivery of service excellence
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, any other European language is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize work and priorities
  • Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
  • Strong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy

Essential

  • BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
  • Experience working with hrX suite - hrX assist, hrX exchange, hrX access, hrX analyze
  • HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
