PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
1)Month End Close Activities -Assist with Month end close activities & post journal entries in General ledger with proper documentation.
2)Reconciliations (Bank, Prepaid, Fixed Asset etc) - Preparing balance sheet recons and identification/investigate variances. Liaise with internal stakeholder (AP,AR ,Payroll) to resolve variances.
3)Support in preparation of internal reporting to management.
4) Process Improvement Initiatives - Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain process documentation (SOP's)up-to-date
5)Audit Support - Assist in audit request by providing required data and explanations.
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good Accounting & Excel skills
- Fair Analytical and Communication skills
- Good team player & Customer Centricity
- Time Management Skill
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
- Flexible shift timing to cater US & UK teams/ processes
- Work Experience : 0-2 years of experience
- GL/AM (R2R process) work experience in reputed MNC Captive/BPO set-up (CA Firm experience shall not be considered)
- Minimum Qualification: B Com
