We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Sr. Operator IV supporting Surgical Manufacturing, you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery/equipment at Sinking Spring, PA.

- Complete the batch records and associated documentation
- Operate manufacturing equipment that may require performing visual and dimensional inspection of the product, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining consumable tooling in equipment
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to improve quality and efficiency
- Be responsible for all or a major portion of processing operations in a plant
- Responsible for production operations, maintenance, plant engineering, safety, quality control, scheduling, accounting, and workforce level.
- Promote good relations with the community, government agencies, and customers
- Work in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment. Tasks are performed by applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards. Tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Work hours: 2nd Shift - 2:15 pm - 10:15 pm
- Travel Requirements: None
- Relocation assistance/Sponsorship: No
- Experience in setting up of automated production machines that requires setting up complex tooling, tight tolerances, and use of mechanical/computer interface and
- Proficient in the use of PLC's
