As a Refractive Wavelight Manager, one will be trusted to work on selling full product mix of WaveLight Refractive products in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, Iowa, Nebraska and parts of West Texas (El Paso and Amarillo).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales objectives for capital equipment (excimer/femtosecond lasers/diagnostics) and procedural sales goals assigned to the territory. Efficiently and responsibly manage all assigned accounts.
- Routinely work in conjunction with other Refractive Team members to quickly generate sales, provide installation, improve clinical outcomes, and improve business outcomes.
- Handle expenses within prescribed guidelines and implement marketing plans.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
- Manages workload and schedule while hitting set targets
- Balance experiencing new environments and working autonomously in a remote sales environment
