Technical Director, Digital Supply Chain

We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Technical Director to lead our digital supply chain initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for leveraging technology to optimize our supply chain processes. You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing expert guidance and direction on all digital supply chain projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital supply chain strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of advanced supply chain technologies, including SAP IBP, decision intelligence systems, and other relevant solutions.
  • Oversee the ongoing optimization and maintenance of our digital supply chain infrastructure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing workflows.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital supply chain function.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical specialists, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the digital supply chain landscape.

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital supply chain initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP and other leading supply chain and decision intelligence systems.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and its application to supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Experience managing and motivating a team of technical professionals.
