As a Business Systems Manager, you will be responsible for general business knowledge to plan, coordinate, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business processes. This position will also prioritize project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and resolving resource requirements in Fort Worth, Texas!

Key Responsibilities:
  • System ownership of Vistex (US pricing, rebating, contracting system), salesforce.com tools (Proposer, salesforce1, CPQ)including end-to-end ownership of current system operations, improvements, system access and testing requirements.
  • Communicate and provide hands-on support for 300+ sales force users and 70+ internal operations users to efficiently identify system or process improvements to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide functional mentorship for the 70+ internal business users across multiple service line teams to understand the processes and system elements, solicit input on issues, and raise issues as discovered.
  • Lead collaboration with between Operations and IT to identify and detail business process improvement opportunities and complete the definition of requirements for system design, implementation & training.
  • Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
  • Drive projects to Support system conversions, upgrades, improvements.
  • Operational oversight to provide services at encouraged levels with a clear customer focus, including handling exceptions.
Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs).
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • 5 Years of Proven Experience.
