We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Transformation Manager to lead the transformation of revenue accounting, billing, and collection processes. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Business Technology (BizTech) teams on automation and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process to optimize cash flow and drive end-to-end project leadership. This position reports to the Head of Revenue.

What you'll do


  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify key issues within the invoice-to-cash process and develop comprehensive improvement plans in partnership with Revenue and BizTech teams

  • Project Leadership: Lead implementation and enhancement projects from conception to completion, including business requirements documentation, testing, and deployment

  • Application Management: Own and maintain in-house Airtable applications for AR/Collections management and customer support inquiries

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Deal Desk, Engineering, BizTech, and other teams on company-wide initiatives and new product introductions

  • Technology Innovation: Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and identify opportunities where AI and third-party software can enhance OTC efficiencies

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards for the Revenue & Operations team to support data-driven decision making

  • Strategic Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership


Who you are

Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in revenue accounting or related field, with demonstrated experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS or public technology companies

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • #Bias for Action & Impact: Proven ability to take ownership in prioritizing work and driving enhancements that improve customer experience and OTC processes

  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong proficiency in SQL and/or BI reporting tools

  • Experience with process automation and workflow optimization

  • Familiarity with revenue recognition standards and compliance requirements

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$119,000$155,000 USD
