The Revenue Operations team partners across Airbnb to build world-class Supply, Host Growth & Success motions, and Team Experience. We enable scalable growth by designing data-driven strategies, creating operational rigor, and delivering the programs, tools, and insights that empower teams to perform at their best.

As the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will lead a small but high-impact team to drive operational excellence and program execution across Airbnb Experiences. You will partner with global and regional leaders to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs, processes, and performance management that accelerate growth across Acquisition, Onboarding, Account Management, and Vendor teams.

You will play a key role in evolving the Experiences RevOps model, ensuring that our business reviews, goal-setting processes, and field enablement are rigorous, data-driven, and aligned to company objectives. As a people leader, you’ll guide, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and results.

A Typical Day

  • Lead and develop a small team of program managers and analysts, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive global program development initiatives from start to finish, focusing on host acquisition, retention, bookings and GBV/revenue/contribution margin to build a fully managed marketplace.
  • Develop and execute supply strategy for Experiences, setting clear goals, optimizing host acquisition and retention, tailoring initiatives to local needs, and ensuring scalability and efficiency across markets.
  • Host recurring cross-functional collaboration meetings with regional directors, country managers, analytics, marketing, legal, and other teams to ensure programs stay on track and aligned with goals.
  • Conduct data analysis and insights at both global and local levels, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations that inform leadership decisions.
  • Define and monitor performance tracking metrics and KPIs, refining strategies to maximize program impact and business outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder engagement, serving as the go-to contact for senior leaders on program updates, feedback, and inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve field team efficiency and drive growth, leveraging sales data to inform resource allocation and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure local relevance of global programs by collaborating closely with regional and country teams to tailor execution to market needs.
  • Partner with leadership, Product, Engineering, and vendor teams to drive leadership and process building, improving cross-functional models, streamlining workflows, and pitching new ideas effectively.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders—including Finance, Marketing, and Product—to drive alignment and ensure programs execute with speed and quality.
  • Travel to the San Francisco office as required.

Your Expertise

  • 12+ years of experience in related roles (e.g., Strategy and planning, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Analytics) 
  • At least 5 years of experience managing teams 
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills including designing, developing and evolving financial/business models.
  • Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear, actionable insights with business impact 
  • Familiar with Business Intelligence & Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and Sales/Marketing technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization 
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders within the organization 
  • Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results 
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment 
  • Develop and monitor metrics, dashboards and reporting tools to improve Field productivity and efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and driving operational rigor and excellence while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to maximize sales productivity and remove friction from operational processes to support long-term durable growth of the business.
  • Ability to travel as required

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
