Primary Purpose
Provides strategic leadership in ADUSA offer management operations, with deep expertise in data management, reporting, and visualizations. Oversees the development of scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to drive insights, monitor performance and inform executive decision-making. Partners with senior stakeholders across Enterprise Marketing, Digital IT, Loyalty IT, Data & Analytics, Data Integrations and Data Governance teams to align offer strategies with enterprise objectives and system capabilities. Leads resolution of high-impact issues and ensures business continuity through proactive risk management. Shapes business processes and change management strategies to support transformation initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on data governance, system integration, and operational excellence.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, and Scarborough, ME.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and support core offer management lifecycle tasks, including setup, validation, publishing, reconciliation, and testing of system upgrades and code releases
- Serve as a data quality and reporting expert, evaluating offer and vendor reconciliation data for accuracy, compliance, and business impact
- Develop and maintain advanced automation tools and dashboards to improve offer validation, content accuracy, and financial reporting
- Conduct in-depth audits of data feeds and business processes, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
- Document and communicate complex business requirements to Loyalty IT, Data Integrations, and Analytics teams to support new reporting and system capabilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to IT teams (POS, Loyalty, Digital, Data Integrations), ensuring system enhancements align with business objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for quality assurance and offer delivery processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Governance, Loyalty IT, Digital IT, POS, IT, Data Integrations, Finance, Risk & Controls, Data & Analytics) to uphold data integrity standards and support large-scale initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field, a Certification in Product management, or 5+ years of relevant business experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting promotions, loyalty programs or coupons
- 5+ years of experience working in customer specific marketing, digital marketing, loyalty marketing, eCommerce, database administration or data analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient querying data in traditional SQL or NoSQL databases
- Proficient in creating reports, monitors and visualizations in PowerBI or similar tool
- Experience with Databricks and SparkSQL to query and analyze large datasets from a data lake
- Experience in retail, grocery, CSM marketing, loyalty marketing or digital marketing
- Experience in enterprise systems and databases that support promotions, coupons, and/or loyalty points
- Proficient in manipulating and validating data using Microsoft Excel or similar tool
