Primary Purpose:
- At Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA), our HRIS team is responsible for all HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premise solutions) that support Ahold Delhaize's US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates.
- This role will be responsible for functional support through the requirement gathering, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and execution of all changes and project work for all US HR Systems.
- This position uses HR systems expertise to provide technical delivery support for all SuccessFactors modules supporting US people initiatives for 8 great local Retail Food and Distribution brands. with a focus on user experience and efficiency.
- Partners with Global HR Tech, Global HR Tech Delivery, and IT counterparts to maintain and enhance the HR systems, driving process efficiencies, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity, maintaining upstream and downstream system health to ensure the smooth functioning of HR Processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- The HRIS Delivery Analyst ensures all systems are operating effectively, efficiently, and meeting business requirements.
- Accountable for SuccessFactors US requirements gathering, mass data changes, us foundation data, and overall data integrity across the HR technical landscape, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership related to impact assessments, operations, or business process changes.
- Partner with Design team to review, test, and implement all HR-related enhancements, fixes, and projects - providing daily operational support to various HR functions such as recruitment, performance, payroll, talent, and compensation.
- Partner with IT to continuously improve the HR User Experience for HR systems, applications and technology - evaluating the effectiveness of current HR Solutions while leveraging industry best practices
- Support configuration testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, system implementations or other projects. Assist with developing appropriate process documentation, estimating, and evaluating effort for scheduled projects and operational changes
- Provide input on the Design team's impact assessment for SAP half yearly releases, updating documentation and providing support to the HR Operations team in defining testing requirements.
- Manage functional review activities to include creating delivery checklists, resolving business process questions and concerns, and making improvement recommendations for prioritization pipeline, presentations and formal executive reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- SuccessFactors Accreditation or Certification Required in at least 1 module
- 7+ years of HRIS or significant proven analytical experience. • 3+ years of SuccessFactors Design and Architecture Experience Required
- 1+ years of IT experience or project management
- Strong HR System, Configuration expertise and understanding of SuccessFactors Biz X Suite
- Aptitude for comprehending and leveraging both HR and technical concepts for continuous improvement and process re-design.
- Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma Certification preferred
- EC SuccessFactors Accreditation or Certification Preferred
