Act as the Supply Chain systems SME with an intricate understanding of end to end process flow both business and systems. Build and support custom solutions for the Supply Chain systems needs. This associate will also maintain all allocation filters and conduct analysis on store sales, asset utilization, and operations routines to provide filter value recommendations. Conduct advanced analytics on demand to facilitate better, faster, and more informed decision-making across the business.

***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD

Essential job funcations:

Systems Testing and Development: Provide SME support for the Business/Systems, working directly with IT in developing functional design documents, conducting systems integration testing and developing business implementation procedures.

• • Act as the Business/Systems SME - working directly with IT to develop functional design documents, develop and conduct systems integration testing and user acceptance testing, and develop business implementation and change management procedures. Maintain existing data feeds with 3rd party providers and serve as the primary point of contact for data transmission or quality issues. Develop & support custom IT solutions, executed locally, to support the Supply Chain business departments .

• Provide custom data extracts and advanced query builds.

• • Maintain and administer custom built supply chain business owned applications.

Analysis and Support: Conduct advanced analytics on demand to facilitate better, faster, and more informed decision-making across the business.

• • Perform rigorous analyses on large, complex data sets and provide strategic insights, hypotheses, and conclusions based upon findings

• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop & execute the analysis necessary for making business decisions, measuring goal attainment and performance metrics within the company.

Context

• Organizational context: This position supports the Planning Lead within the Supply Chain organization. This position is responsible for development of custom supply chain solutions and acts as a key liason with IT. The position conducts advanced analytics on large datasets to help the business make informed decisions.

• Framework & guidelines: All activities to be performed in order to obtain AHOLD DELHAIZE objectives on SC metrics within the company assigned budget targets and using the appropriate IT systems and approved business processes . This is to be done while following all local and national legal regulations and Ahold ACM. Expected to have working knowledge and understanding of the following systems: IMS, Biceps, WMS, IDW, SCDW, selected C&S applications, WWCS, etc.

• Financial dimension: Impacts annual NP retail sales in excess of 13 billion.

• Degree of latitude: Latitude to recommend policies, strategies and tactics in the EDI arena while following all local and national regualtions, Ahold ACMs, Bill of Authority, Code of Ethics, and AHOLD DELHAIZE policies and procedures.

• Interactions and relationships: Interactions include but are not limited to Merchandising Leads, Forecast and Replenishment analyst and leads, Brand supply chain managers and sales team directors, third party distributors, vendors (1,000+), space planning.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
• Bachelor's Degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 - 4 years years of experience in Supply Chain systems, data analytics, or related IT/support roles within a retail or logistics environment.
• Proficiency with systems like IMS, Biceps, WMS, IDW, SCDW, WWCS, and related applications.
• Exceptional computer skills, including advanced proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SQL Server, Oracle DB, and IBM DB2.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain product flow and processes
• Advanced analytics skills for large data sets to support decision-making.
• Advanced Database Management and CIS skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate findings to business stakeholders.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480

All ADUSA job offers take multiple factors into consideration including, but not limited to salary range, internal equity, a candidate's qualifications, geographic region, job-related knowledge and skills.

This position is eligible for an incentive bonus based on company performance as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
