Within the Technology Department at Agoda, the Tech Sourcing team has the rewarding responsibility of developing best practices on bringing top-notch talent to Agoda. We are simultaneously involved in partnering up with the Tech stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on finding global tech talent from diverse backgrounds. The Tech Sourcing team is motivated through collaboration across multiple Technology departments throughout the company. We are data-driven, emphasizing the significance of experimenting with various strategies to attract top talent from around the world. The Opportunity:
In this role, you will contribute to Agoda’s success by creating and executing diverse sourcing strategies to identify high-quality and diverse candidates. Your focus will be on discovering global tech talent and engaging passive candidates for various positions within the Technology department, both locally and globally. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Tech Stakeholders and recruiters.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Identifying high quality tech candidates to fill key roles across our Information Technology department
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate generation strategies to market our opportunities, attract talent, and build pipelines that produce excellent candidates
- Screen candidates by assessing their technical skills and compatibility and understanding their motivations.
- Ensure alignment of targets by collaborating closely with the Tech recruiter and stakeholders to fill the top of the recruitment funnel.
- Brainstorm with the team and Hiring Managers on sourcing strategies.
- Produce results in an ambiguous and unstructured environment – we don’t always have all the information and need to make decisions at speed.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1 year of corporate (in-house) and/or search firm technical end to end recruiting experience or in a business development role.
- We invite candidates with a background in recruitment, sales experience or customer service experience.
- Experience in recruiting and/or sourcing for technical talents for Back End Engineers, Full Stack Engineers or other related roles.
- Experience working on ATS – candidate management, candidate tracking and/or as a sourcing function
- Experience in building Boolean searches in job board sourcing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other sourcing tools
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree is required, or at least 1 years of experience working in recruitment.
