We’re looking for a Partner Technology Manager to join our growing Partner Engineering team. In this role, you'll ensure that Adyen’s internal product teams have a complete and prioritised view of what our key technology partners need to build healthy, scalable integrations for our shared customers. You will be the voice representing Partner needs at the various product development stages across multiple Adyen PM & Eng teams. 
This is not a traditional Partner Solutions Engineering role: You’ll be embedded at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships, ensuring our roadmap aligns with what partners actually need to build, launch, and scale effectively.
Success in this role requires deep technical knowledge of our internal payment platform, a strategic mindset, and strong execution skills. You’ll be instrumental in identifying and closing product gaps, structuring feedback loops, and ensuring we are involved from ideation to launch in the product lifecycle.
This role is not just about integrations—it's about influencing our product direction, accelerating partner go-lives, and ensuring what we build is what the market needs.
You’ll identify and close product gaps, help drive partner solution launches, and advocate internally to ensure our technology is fit-for-purpose in real-world Partner use cases. If you're passionate about technology, product excellence, and enabling scaled partner success—this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Influence product roadmap by articulating partner use cases in technical and business terms. Ensure our team has a seat at the table early in the roadmap process—not just at launch.
  • Be the bridge between partners and product. You will serve as a subject-matter expert on both our internal solutions and partner needs. You’ll drive alignment across product, engineering and Partner Engineering teams.
  • Structure & elevate product feedback loops by defining how we systematically collect, prioritize, and represent partner-driven product feedback. This role will anchor how we bring insights into product discovery, planning, and validation cycles.
  • Track feature adoption readiness across stages—early feedback, build validation, launch planning, go-live. You’ll coordinate closely with product teams to avoid last-minute blockers.
  • You’ll need to speak the language of both engineers and product teams. Your ability to manage stakeholders and drive consensus across functions will be essential.

Who you are:

  • We are looking for a seasoned expert with a proven ability to lead and influence. You should have:
  • You are already familiar with Tech partner integrations or similar - Ideally from direct collaboration or experience in those ecosystems.
  • A clear grasp of internal product architecture and roadmaps—you know how to navigate dependencies, influence prioritization, and understand where gaps emerge.
  • Demonstrated experience in roles like Partner Engineering, Technical Product Management, or Technical Account Management within fintech, SaaS, or platform environments.
  • Proven ability to connect technical detail to strategic impact—you can zoom out and think big picture, but also get hands-on to unblock a partner or deep-dive on API behavior.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across product, engineering, operations, and external partners—able to align competing priorities without losing momentum.
  • Experience in structuring processes for product feedback, prioritization, and technical partner readiness is a major plus.
