We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and self-reliant person to join our KYC team.

As a KYC specialist you will be starting and managing projects to improve our product and KYC processes with a tech approach focussing on scalability and automation. You will be doing this to make sure we are compliant and ensure scalability in line with the growth of our merchants.

 

Moreover, you will be working closely with product, commercial and compliance teams whilst collaborating with some of the biggest companies in the world and ensure scalability in line with platform growth at the same time.

 

What will you do?

 

  • Collaborate with our product teams on our platform improvements
  • Start and manage projects along with your colleagues on compliance, tech or commercial oriented focus areas 
  • Perform KYC checks on (sub-)merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation
  • Manage the daily KYC operations 
  • Iterate on the KYC process flow
  • Build insight-rich dashboards 

 

 

Who are you?

 

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in KYC, project management and worked directly with B2B customers
  • You are operationally oriented with a critical and analytical mindset
  • Motivated and driven to lead process improvements
  • Affinity to engage in side projects with our cross-functional teams
  • You pick up new information easily, take initiative and have a great sense of responsibility
  • Great communicator with a team spirit

San Francisco

This role is based out of our San Francisco office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
