Global People Analytic Lead

Join our team in Amsterdam as a Global People Analytics Lead (part of the HR Innovations Team), where you'll spearhead the development and implementation of our People Analytics function on a global scale. Being part of the HR Innovations Team where you will work closely with HR Technology and Operations. Here you have the autonomy to leverage your expertise, ingenuity, and forward-thinking approach, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of People Analytics at Adyen.

What you’ll do

• Hands on approach in shaping and refining the global People Analytics strategy at Adyen
• Provide guidance to HR teams, leaders, and across the organization to enhance understanding and utilization of People Analytics insights
• Define, create, and deploy innovative analytic products and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making across the business
• Lead the enhancement and expansion of our People data infrastructure
• Champion ongoing projects aimed at augmenting and refining data collection processes
• Conduct analyzes to address ad hoc inquiries and scale valuable insights into analytic solutions

Who you are

• You have 7+ years of experience in People Analytics (with experience managing a team)
• Experience developing and executing strategy in People Analytics in a global role
• You possess strong project management, prioritization and leadership skills
• Excellent facilitation, communication and visualization skills
• You like to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, where you may need to shift priorities 
• Experience with the application of a broad range of analytic techniques
• You are comfortable talking straight and stretching the status quo, specifically with the ability to interact and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
