Are you a student who lives and breathes fitness? Do you love energizing others and being the go-to person for health and performance tips? Phorm Energy is looking for dynamic, fitness-minded individuals to join our team as Student Brand Managers this fall semester at LSU.
As a Student Brand Manager, you’ll be the face of Phorm Energy on campus—engaging with students, promoting our products at campus events and local accounts, and driving brand awareness in the LSU community. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build your resume, grow your network, and be part of a fast-growing company that thrives on innovation and bold ideas.
What We Offer:
- Average 20 hours/week
- Hourly Pay $20/hr
Qualifications:
- Must be a Louisiana State University student (at least 21 years of age)
- Must be able to travel for a 2-day in-person training at the start of the program
- Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and home internet access.
- Personal smartphone with the ability to communicate/report while in the field.
- Must have Excel and PPT experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work nights & weekends.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Organizational skills to meet weekly deadlines.
- Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality.
- Passion for meeting new people and networking on campus/in the community.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand to accounts, consumers and community groups in a positive manner.
- Assist with merchandising accounts.
- Perform pre-calls and checklists in preparation for sampling events.
- Responsible for activation recaps, metrics, and overall event success.
- Submit program deliverables (i.e. recapping and reporting) accurately and on time each week.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the local wholesaler.
- Manage local assets and materials.
- Knowledge of local events and campus activities
- Identify community engagement opportunities and host local events/sponsorships.
