We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Consultant (Adobe Journey Optimizer) to join our team based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona).

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Journey Optimizer & Adobe Campaign!

Marketers are increasingly relying on Adobe to help them tackle their biggest challenges and increase loyalty, retention, acquisition, and revenue. As a Technical Consultant your main responsibility will be to help customers realize these goals, demonstrating Adobe Journey Optimizer and capabilities of the Adobe Experience Platform.

We solve technical challenges such as integrating multiple data systems via multiple protocols, implementing a solution that can provide real-time decisions for millions of customers, and connecting customers to all the products in the Adobe Experience Cloud. We utilise our industry and solution knowledge to allow us to translate business requirements into detailed designs that ultimately make our customers' lives easier by using Adobe Journey Optimizer. To our customers we are the specialist of our software and will guide them to success. To other internal groups at Adobe, we are the voice of the customer and pass on valuable feedback from the field.

What You'll Do

You will implement customer use cases in Adobe Journey Optimizer on time and on budget using Adobe Experience Platform, programming languages, and web technologies. This is a hands-on consulting and advisory role, you will collaborate with other Adobe consultants across the Adobe Experience Delivery, both in EMEA, America and off-shore, to design solutions that increase customer retention, loyalty, and acquisition.

You will take ownership of delivering successful customers for small and medium sized projects and create referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community. You will enable customers and partners on Adobe Journey Optimizer methodologies through remote enablement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Eagerness to learn new applications and technologies
  • Passion about the customer experience and driving customer success
  • Always think "what next best action" for customer to adapt Adobe products
  • Ability to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives
  • Assist with estimation of implementation activities, project planning, risk identification and mitigation
  • Proficiency in implementing enterprise software
  • Proficiency in SQL development including ETL implementations
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred)
