We are looking for a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to join the DMe B2B Field Data Science & Analytics team. You will partner closely with analysts, data scientists, data engineers, sales operations, and sales and post-sales teams. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. The ideal candidate is someone who's passionate about building BI solutions, generating analytics insights, and influencing business decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Build and improve reporting solutions for various stakeholders in B2B sales organization.
  • Own B2B data solutions such as performance dashboards, pipeline insights dashboards, and trend analysis.
  • Understand business questions and audience use cases. Translates business requirements into detailed technical design and programming specifications.
  • Engage and own reporting activities - requirements gathering, metrics instrumentation, UI, design, review & feedback gathering, user testing, development, quality assurance, enablement.
  • Manage feedback loop for existing reporting, process bugs and feature requests.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability.
  • Build and improve backend data sets needed for reporting.
  • Build and maintain B2B data infrastructure and Pipelines internally and between third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with data engineering team on data gathering, transformation, architecture, and storage.
  • Develop, construct, test and support databases. Develop data warehouse, algorithms and processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
  • Improve data reliability, efficiency and quality through optimized querying.

What You Will Bring

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other technical fields. Master's is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, and improving complex PowerBI dashboards.
  • 5+ years of experience in working on data warehousing projects.
  • Advanced working knowledge in SQL, MySQL, Presto, Python
  • Advanced working knowledge in data warehouse, ETL, Hadoop, Databricks, Snowflake etc. .
  • Advanced working knowledge in PowerBI or other visualization BI tool.
  • Experience designing visualizations to tell insightful data stories which can be shared with senior leaders within the organization.
  • Ability to interview business stakeholders to define the need/problem/desire of a request and understand how best to fill the request to drive value.
  • High collaboration and consensus building skills by assuring that reports align with stated operational goals and/or strategy initiatives.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, especially around data acquisition, transforming data into information, and delivering information effectively.
  • Effective communication to clarify success criteria, share updates, manage feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience in Sales Analytics is nice to have.
