We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manager Enterprise Sales to join our Adobe DX business, based in one of our Adobe offices (Munich, Hamburg, Berlin) or remotely in Germany.

As Sales Leader at Adobe you will provide focus on Adobe's strategic accounts in DX Industry Led by managing a team of Account Managers in the Enterprise space. You will work as part of the Industry Led matrix with Solution Sales Specialists teams and in addition, you will be working very closely with the broad Adobe DX matrix. You will drive your team and the responsible matrix to secure Adobes existing business and develop the business by building value propositions, creating awareness and reveal new growth opportunities. You are responsible for Adobes top industry accounts, managing a team of experiences enterprise sales personalities. You are both results driven and focused on driving a winning team spirit.

What You'll Do:

  • Primary role is to retain and expand your team's book of business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding your quarterly quota.
  • Collaborate across the business to develop the GTM, from the sale of software to services and delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to align on objectives and achieve and exceed renewal + upsell/cross-sell goals
  • Deliver detailed and accurate team forecasting
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse world-class team of sales account managers.
  • Ensure team is delivering on Account Management objectives and driving best-in-class key deliverables including QBRs, customer adoption, etc.
  • Identify and lead key initiatives that will up-level the performance of the organization
  • Coach and mentor individual team members via 1:1s, quarterly check-ins, etc. to address skill gaps and coach team to top level performance

What you need to succeed:

  • You have 5+ years in a similar role leading teams that support SaaS organizations
  • 10+ years overall experience in software selling required. A hybrid of experience selling software and services is also ideal
  • Experience selling to the CIO, CDO, CMO highly valued, ideally within the automotive and manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of large, complex sales models highly desired, as well as prior experience selling emerging technologies
  • You have experience developing individual contributors in their careers and help them achieve success in their roles
  • You know how to build trusted relationships with internal and external executive sponsors and end users
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English and German, interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision making and critical thinking
  • BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience
