Temporary Office Clerk I Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Temporary (2-3 months), Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

$10-12 per hour

Required Experience:

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiar with basic usage of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous professional/clerical work history of at least one year
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Job Duties:
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, emailing and mailing
  • File documents in alphabetical or numerical order
  • Maintain file room in an orderly manner
  • Creating, updating, maintaining various files and reports on computer
  • Opens, sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Stamp outgoing mail with postage meter and prepare labels for UPS packages
  • Providing general clerical and administrative support
