Technical Recruiter
Addison Group's client is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team in Washington DC! This is contract role with the potential to extend for a longer time period. This position will be completely remote and a great way to expand on software skills.
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Support the recruiting team on filling technical roles (Ruby on Rails Engineers, Product Front End Engineers, SCRUM Masters, Engineering, Product, Designers, Business Analyst)
- Ensure that candidates are properly screened and prepped
- Source candidates via different hiring platforms
- Must have 2-4 years of technical recruiting experience
- BA/BS is preferred but not required
- Must be familiar with LinkedIn and Greenhouse (ATS)
- Must have a strong sense of urgency
- Must have impeccable communication skills
- Must be able to work creatively
- Must be familiar with full lifecycle recruiting
