Our Plano based client needs aTechnical Accountant on a consulting basis to assist with a 6-month engagement. While this project is short-term in nature, this could lead to a longer-term relationship for the right candidate! Target compensation is $50 - $55/hr.
Technical Accounting Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Pre-IPO activities
- Contribute to ensuring accuracy of financial statements
- Assist with establishing appropriate SOX controls
Requirements:
- CPA highly preferred
- 4-7 years of technical accounting experience
- Public accounting experience highly preferred
