Target Salary: $55k + depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and balance automated consolidation system by inputting data, scheduling required jobs, and verifying data
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
- Staff Account Ensures that balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed in a timely manner
- Staff Accountant is expected to perform the processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary

- Work with business teams and corporate functions to help improve financial results and efficiency
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, employer's benefit costs, accruals and prepaid expenses
- Support financial audits
Requirements:
- Direct accounting and AP experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management
- Working knowledge of accounting systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- 1-3 years' accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
