Job Summary

We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the team. Each CSR is scheduled for 40 hours each week. There will be inbound and outbound calling required for this position. Customer Service Representatives are speaking with customers (in both English and Spanish) who have questions about customers' accounts, payment information, and other related questions. It's a great position for someone who is looking to gain more experience in the call center, customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing relationships with customers to coordinate all aspects of service
  • Maintain client's files and accounts
  • Responsible of notating each phone call by entering and updating information in a customized company database
  • Responsible for taking payments and assisting clients with payment questions
  • Responsible for interacting with multiple departments to ensure customer's needs are met
  • Transferring calls to appropriate departments when needed
  • Properly handle all calls with high level of customer service


Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Bilingual in Spanish with excellent proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy
  • Must have proven experience thriving in a team oriented environment
  • Minimum of one year office work experience including call center atmosphere
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization skills required
